 The Chanute Elks and Hope Unlimited have teamed up to bring you the 2nd Annual ELKSTOCK 2012. Live Concert, Youth Challenge, and BBQ Cookoff. Saturday August 25th at the Elks Lake just north of Chanute. Admission is free and gates open at 9:00 am. It all starts with a kids clay and archery challenge, kids fishing derby, and then the big BBQ cookoff! Plus venders from all over. Live concert at 4 PM featuring 3 Legged Dawgs, Hilbily Bus Stop, The Lizards, and Subject 2 Change! Camp overnight, bring your tents, bring your coolers. Donations accepted at the gate, and benefit the Chanute area Veterans Memorial, and Hope Unlimited.
